This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for subscriptions and other payments made to Qwizify. By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to this policy.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

All subscription fees — including monthly and annual plans (Starter, Creator, and Pro) — are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased or renewed, the charge for that billing period is final, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, or downgrades.

All payments are non-refundable

All payments made to Qwizify, including one-time purchases and donations, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.

Exceptions

Where you purchased a subscription through a third-party store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or payment provider, that provider's refund rules also apply and refund requests may need to be made directly to them. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
