Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Qwizify. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the platform. By using Qwizify, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

User-Generated Content

Qwizify allows you to create, publish, and share quizzes, as well as post comments and interact with other users' content. By submitting content to Qwizify, you agree to the following:

  • You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing content on Qwizify, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice..
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your quiz content. Qwizify does not verify the correctness of quiz questions or answers.

Acceptable Use

When using Qwizify, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without permission
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the platform for spam or unauthorized advertising

Intellectual Property

The Qwizify platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Qwizify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Donations

Qwizify accepts voluntary donations to support the platform's development and operations. All donations are non-refundable. Donations are processed by third-party payment providers (PayPal, Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms of service. Making a donation does not grant you any special rights, privileges, or editorial influence over the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Qwizify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content available on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwizify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Qwizify, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using Qwizify and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Qwizify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Qwizify shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
