Getting started
How do I create an account?
Open the app or visit qwizify.com and tap Sign Up. You can sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Verification only takes a few seconds.
How do I play a quiz?
Browse the feed, search for a topic, or open a quiz someone shared with you. Tap Play to start. Each correct answer earns you XP and contributes to your streak.
How do I create my own quiz?
Tap the create button, add a title and category, then add multiple-choice questions. You can attach images from your photo library. Publish when you're ready or save as draft.
Account & profile
How do I change my display name or avatar?
Open your profile and tap Edit. Changes save instantly.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your quizzes, scores, and personal data within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Google Play account.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap Sign in with Apple or Google to access your account without a password. If you originally signed up with email, contact support@qwizify.com.
Subscriptions & payments
What does Qwizify Premium include?
Unlimited daily plays, ad-free experience, exclusive challenges, and advanced creator tools. Compare plans at qwizify.com/pricing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Qwizify → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Qwizify → Cancel.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Safety & moderation
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the … menu on any quiz, story, or profile and choose Report. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
How do I block another user?
Open the user's profile, tap the … menu, and choose Block. You won't see their quizzes or challenges, and they can't message you.
