Account access

Can't sign in, lost access to your account, or need to recover data after device loss. Email support@qwizify.com from the address linked to your account and include your username if you remember it.

Subscriptions & billing

For refunds, double charges, or unrecognized purchases on iOS, request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, refunds within 48 hours of purchase are available from your Play Store order history. For anything else, email support@qwizify.com.

Bug reports & crashes

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your device model, OS version, and app version (Settings → About) so we can reproduce it quickly.

Content moderation

If a quiz, comment, or profile violates our guidelines, use the in-app Report option (… menu → Report). For urgent safety concerns, email trust@qwizify.com.

Privacy & data requests

To request a copy or deletion of your personal data under GDPR / CCPA, email privacy@qwizify.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days.
